2. Hosting and Server Logs

This website is hosted as a static page on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When accessing our website, Cloudflare automatically collects server log files. This data includes:

• IP address of the accessing device
• Date and time of access
• Amount of data transferred
• Browser type and operating system version used
• Referrer URL (the page visited immediately prior)

This data processing is carried out to ensure server security, error analysis, and the functional delivery of the website. It is based on our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Server log data is processed transiently by Cloudflare and is not retained long-term. Cloudflare processes data partly in the United States. The transfer is covered by Cloudflare's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, additionally, by EU Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated in Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum.

This processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request) or our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries under Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Email correspondence is retained for the duration of the business relationship and a reasonable period thereafter, unless longer retention is required by law.
